Welcome to the *Royal Dubai Membership Card* program (“the Program”). By applying for, accessing, or using the Royal Dubai Membership Card (“the Card”), you agree to comply with these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). The Program is a privilege extended at the sole discretion of the Royal Office of Dubai (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”).
### *1. Eligibility & Membership*
– Membership is *strictly by invitation only* and subject to approval by the Royal Office of Dubai.
– Applicants must undergo *enhanced due diligence*, including financial, reputational, and security checks.
– We reserve the right to *revoke membership* at any time without explanation.
### *2. Financial Privileges & Responsibilities*
– Any *royal endowment* (e.g., financial gifts, investment access) is subject to *Dubai financial regulations* and may require additional agreements.
– Members are *personally liable* for any misuse of financial privileges, including debt obligations.
– The Royal Office of Dubai *does not guarantee investment returns* and disclaims liability for financial losses.
### *3. Exclusive Benefits & Access*
– VIP privileges (e.g., private events, diplomatic services) are *non-transferable* and subject to availability.
– *Black-market trading, illegal activities, or unethical conduct* will result in *immediate termination* and potential legal action.
– Some benefits (e.g., sovereign debt access, surveillance tools) require *additional clearance* and may be restricted based on member tier.
### *4. Conduct & Discretion*
– Members must *uphold the dignity* of the Royal Dubai Membership at all times.
– *Public disclosure* of membership privileges without authorization is prohibited.
– The Royal Office reserves the right to *monitor member activity* to ensure compliance.
### *5. Termination & Consequences*
– Membership may be *terminated without notice* for violations of these Terms.
– Upon termination, all benefits *cease immediately, and the Card must be **surrendered*.
– Former members *forfeit all privileges* and may face legal repercussions for misuse.
### *6. Limitation of Liability*
– The Royal Office of Dubai is *not responsible* for:
– Personal injury or property damage during member experiences.
– Financial losses from investments or market fluctuations.
– Third-party service failures (e.g., private jet providers, luxury venues).
### *7. Amendments & Governing Law*
– These Terms may be *updated without notice*—members are responsible for reviewing changes.
– All disputes fall under *Dubai International Financial Centre (DIFC) jurisdiction*.
